Grants Program Lead

This role is responsible for the creation and management of a robust world class granting program and brand. Grants funding will mainly focus on funding products to be built on top of the Rarible protocol. Many of these projects will subsequently raise Venture capital, and for many, our grant program will be their first source of capital.

Responsibilities

• Create a strong brand for our grants program.
• Project Manage the creation of a robust cohort based granting process.
• Providing written feedback to community members on structuring their grant proposals via forums, discord and telegram chat groups.
• Form partnerships to help our grants program scale.
• Supporting approved grants with Rarible ecosystem resources (such as Marketing, Bizdev, etc).
• Accountability, payments, and outcomes with grant recipients.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication and project managing skills.
• Experience working in venture capital, of funding projects.
• Individual who is self driven and excellent at prioritizing, establishing clear goals, KPI’s and processes and clearly communicating goals and objectives to the team.
• Passion for blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized finance.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
