People Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

As a People Operations Specialist, you will provide a seamless employee experience and ensure that we execute our people operations in the most efficient way, with the highest level of fun.

What you’ll do

• You provide timely and clear support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around processes, policy, and issues
• You live and role model a data-driven approach and a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness, resolution rates, and employee happiness
• You ensure the highest level of data accuracy and are an ambassador for our “getting-it-right-the-first-time” approach
• You take ownership of one of the specialized areas: payroll & benefits; onboarding & offboarding; internationalization & relocation; operational excellence and knowledge & communications
• You work closely with the broader People and recruitment team to ensure a consistent employee experience

Who you are

• Experience in People operations, preferably both in a corporate as well as in a startup environment
• A problem solver who naturally combines pragmatism with out-of-the-box thinking

• Knowledge of Austrian labor legislation is preferred
• Ability to process confidential data
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
• Fluent in English, fluent German skills are a plus
