Product Manager (DeFi Gamification/Social Product)

Responsibilities:

• Design gamification and social functions of our DeFi platform, including (but not limited to) platform structure, UI/UX, product features
• Enrich our products with social or gaming elements to attract more users and increase their stickiness
• Responsible for Binance product design and planning, draft PRD requirements and interactive documents, and design product roadmap
• Manage the entire product life cycle and drive product development with Engineering teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, and communicate objectives and requirements
• React to feedback from users and business team promptly and patiently to find the best product fit and boost the business result
• Analyze product performance data, responsible product competition analysis, market research, and maintain the product's competitive advantage

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management or gaming/social/financial products/ internet products, have experience with independent product design and implementation
• Familiarity with blockchain, NFT, DeFi, and GameFi products, and related technology
• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is preferred
