The Systems and Operations Manager will be a trusted partner in driving the organization’s success by supporting Kiva’s Strategic Partnerships (SP) and Finance teams in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner. The ideal candidate is a professional who has administrative, systems, and relationship management experience in a fast-paced for-profit or non-profit environment. This is an exciting position for a smart, ambitious individual and requires a resourceful team player with the ability to learn quickly and work with everyone at Kiva and our global partners.
At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
SP Team Systems & Operations (50%)
- Conduct financial and impact analyses and create reports and dashboards for internal and external use across all audience segments (corporate, foundations, individuals, other) and tools (lending, grants, donations, etc) that the SP team stewards for Kiva
- Oversee collaboration with Finance to maintain accurate partner deposits and annual fee records in Salesforce
- Enhance documentation and identify opportunities for team processes within systems.
- Train new colleagues in systems to maintain team data and files.
- Provide support in the Annual Audit process
- Serve as a point of contact for internal partners interested in understanding SP’s product offerings
- Aid in the data integrity and reliability of SP contacts
- Work with our Salesforce consultant to optimize and improve the team's Salesforce processes to make sure we are efficiently tracking our relationships and goals.
- Research new tools and systems that can support SP team to effectively scale philanthropic partnerships
Strategic Planning & General Support (50%)
- Drive preparation of Strategic Partnerships Monthly Executive Managed Team Objectives and Key Results (OKR) deck.
- Project Manage the team’s annual individual level OKR development, working with managers to produce timely and coherent plans aligned with the org-wide OKRs and 5 year strategy
- Support team engagement - including twice a year team retreat content planning, Progress, Plans, Problem Solving (PPP) development, and team bonding activities.
- Coordinate and execute on special projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer and VPs to maximize our constituent’s (corporate, foundation and individual partners) experience with Kiva.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years professional experience in Project Management or Operations required
- Strong financial and operational mindset
- Expert in Salesforce (i.e. building dashboards, reporting etc.)
- PowerPoint, Word, and Excel intermediate to advanced knowledge

- Colorado salary range: $65K - $75K
