Product Manager, Republic Capital

The right person is highly effective, engaged, organized, and product-focused. You will work closely with the platform team, engineering team, and infrastructure team to develop, execute, and deliver the Republic Capital Investor Platform.

What you'll do:

• Help to build Republic Capital's proprietary technology suite from the ground up
• Work with Republic Capital teams to define and deliver product specifications and feature requirements
• Map our "customer" journey to design and develop our core user experience
• Develop, maintain, and report on a comprehensive roadmap for Republic Capital
• Use available data sets to make informed product and roadmap decisions
• Manage multiple products and feature requests across multiple teams within Republic Capital
• Deliver the Republic Capital roadmap on time and within specification

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience working within the fintech / finance sectors
• Start-up experience preferred
• All-around team player that is willing to roll up their sleeves whenever needed
• A driven and ambitious person always looking to grow and take on new challenges
• Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision
• Comfortable working in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver within tight deadlines, with a high level of ownership and accountability
