Rarible is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager passionate about building our NFT marketplace, Rarible.com, and developing complete marketing plans along every facet of the product life cycle. From determining positioning that ladders up to the brand positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and marketing strategy, you will help shape the voice of the product and help it grow its consumer base. You will work with a cross-functional team across Product, Business Development, Growth Marketing, Communications, Engineering and more. You will own the product marketing strategy from beginning to end, ultimately executing insights-driven product marketing campaigns. This role reports into the VP, Head of Marketing. This is a strategic and operational role within the Rarible Marketing Team. You will help shape the future of the online journey for Rarible customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, working cross-functionally, and running multi-channel campaigns and programs for a high-profile brand, within the consumer tech industry. You will be expected to apply analytical rigor, a deep understanding of consumer and market dynamics, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans that truly move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Rarible product marketing strategy for our global brand campaign and tentpole moments - that meet our short and long-term business goals
- Manage and brief agency partners and in house creatives and enable them to execute their very best work
- Manage product marketing planning process, timelines, production flow; help establish product marketing operating proceduresInform overall product marketing strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape
- Develop measurable KPIs and track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
- Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to management, cross-functional partners and to the broader organization
- Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver product marketing campaigns
- Develop and share product marketing best practices across organization and bring continuous innovation to product strategies and brand touchpoints
- Manage creative designer and external agencies to create innovative and differentiated creative
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field or technical degree with relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale global product marketing campaigns through a diverse media mix
- Experience shaping business roadmaps and marketing plans through deep consumer understanding, actionable insights, and sound recommendations
- Ability to influence all levels and work effectively across functions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects or workstreams
- Experience in leading and working in matrixed teams and organizations
- Experience leading and working with media and creative agencies as well as in house creative teams
- Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams and defining operational success
- Demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform product marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
- Experience in leading communications, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams
- Experience influencing effectively cross-functionally across all levels of management
- Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact
- Self-starter who can self-prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision
- Balance of data-driven, analytical skills with demonstrated creative campaign wins
- Ability to succeed in a global, remote environment, working cross-company successfully to drive results
- Relentless innovator and strategist with the ability to form ideas into actions that translate into memorable marketing strategies and programs
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Personal interest and understanding of the crypto and NFT landscape
