To define an optimal growth strategy and develop it, we need an experienced strategist in our team who can support us in the strategy to be deployed and help the team to achieve these objectives. The person will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with marketing. He/she will be responsible for defining who our target is, what our positioning is and what our competitors' positioning is in order to define our brand angle and to define the optimal channels and strategies to reach our goals. In other words, build with the team the Go-To-Market strategy plan and follow it closely.

What you might be doing:

  • Lead and build the Go To Market strategy for the different target markets, users targets
  • In close cooperation with the marketing team, help to shape the brand according to the strategy developed
  • Building and executing creative campaigns and activations that effectively grow our users base, retain existing users, and grow our ecosystem
  • Seek for opportunities and new channels
  • Researching, coordinating, potential marketing opportunity to amplify our brand and campaigns
  • Develop and plan campaigns across to grow brand awareness and increase user engagement
  • A/B testing, gathering analytics, and reporting on campaign and channel effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyse the ROI of different initiatives in different markets to determine the most effective approaches for growing our userbase
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to build partnerships with local organisations and influencers, and to measure the results of these partnerships
  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing team, the business development team and the customer success team to reach the targets

What you might bring:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience; experience in a high growth company or startup is a plus
  • Experience in building comprehensive marketing campaigns focused on driving new users and/or activate and retain existing users
  • Experience in using online and offline channels to acquire new users.
  • Experience activating and partnering with local community events to increase brand awareness
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, experience in analyzing user acquisition cost, customer lifetime value and other relevant marketing metrics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and trust with different stakeholder
  • Strong ability to build and coordinate understandable marketing plan
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of your region, target markets, its people and their way of life (CH, FR, DE)
  • A passion for understanding users and their global interest
  • Knowledge and interest in current challenges in finance and the benefits of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
  • English mandatory, french and german is a plus
