Marketing and Community Lead - Binance Smart Chain

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Lead for the fast growing BSC Eco-system. The successful candidate will lead the BSC marketing and community managers, and will define and drive the user growth and marketing strategy on the most active and popular communities in the blockchain industry.

Responsibilities:

• Define a clear user growth and marketing strategy to expand BSC daily active users from 1M to 10M
• Develop effective marketing and brand communication planning and ultimately expand our digital footprint and brand awareness in international
• Deploy successful online and offline marketing or community campaigns from ideation to execution, and explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis and user feedback, and prepare analytical reports
• Train and lead the BSC marketing and Community managers to satisfy the demands from the blitzscaling community

Requirements:

• 5+ years proven leadership experience within the blitzscaling company (e.g., social media, gaming with >5M daily active users)
• Experience in launching community initiatives in different regions
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Medium, Instagram, Discord, etc.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
• Fundamental knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends
• A strong interest in crypto and DAO culture is a big plus
