People Operations Intern / Working Student

As a People Operations Intern at cLabs, you will be a key thought partner in the development of key people programs at an innovative and mission-driven crypto/blockchain startup. More than just handling traditional human resources topics, the People Circle takes into account the entire employee experience while also stewarding the culture of our teal organization. This role is designed to help the People Circle in its mission to create the conditions of growth and development of all cLabbers.

You Will:

• Conduct and synthesize research that will inform the redesign of people operations
• Conduct interviews of co-workers about existing people programs to gauge satisfaction
• Support in the execution of our people operation programs, such as benefits, mentorship, and onboarding
• Help research and draft firmwide policies
• Assist in consolidating and migrating information across our technology platforms
• Complete ad hoc projects in support of the People Circle meeting their OKRs, such as:
• Preparing slides for inclusion in our biweekly All Hands Meeting
• Analysing survey results and preparing recommendations
• Researching functions, features, and pricing of vendors platforms

You Have:

• You are a student in a Bachelor or Master program, preferably in the field of communication or HR. This can also be a working student.
• You are a collaborative, communicative, and resourceful person who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• You are highly organized and can manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Knowledge about cryptocurrencies or financial services or fintech
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Familiarity with Gusto, BambooHR, Sapling, Rippling, Notion
• Experience working remotely
