Senior Business Project Manager - P2P

Responsibilities

• Deliver and own the overall projects outcome within the BU,
• Release Scheduling and project prioritization planning,
• Improve or/and create new process frameworks in order to increase efficiency within the teams,
• Lead Central Ops Team in terms of its market strategy and implantation,
• Lead Customer Service Team in providing the users better, faster services during appeal handling,
• Take a lead in new business development opportunities, turn the probable to a tangible possibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience of proven track record for project management and project delivery,
• Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle is a must,
• Must have at least worked in 1 of these fields: blockchain, crypto, ecommerce or payment related fields,
• Proven track on the ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively,
• At least 3 years of experience as a manager with direct report,
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skill,
• PMP or Prince 2 Practitioner is a plus,
• Experience in Jira and Confluence is a plus,
• Multilingual capability is a plus,
• A Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
