Details:

Story: Future traders need viral airdrops and trading competitions to get educated about the crypto world and earn more tokens to learn to trade. LATOKEN clients need referral programs to turn their social capital into crypto.

Goal: LATOKEN staking referral program launched in Q4'21.

How: Develop staking referral program backend.
Support and develop feature requests for airdrop and trading-competitions.
Make unit and functional testing for owned services.

Conditions: Java, Clickup for backlog and tracking, gitlab for ci/cd.

Main performance number: Time to production

Second performance number: Uptime

Third performance number: New users (last 14d)

Functions:

• Develop : Develop Java backend services to implement viral tools logic.
• Database : Knowing database structures, write queries that will meet the requirements of the architecture. From time to time you take tasks related to query optimisation.
• Bug fixing : Investigate root cause error-analysis. Describe error details in issue and fix errors quickly.
• Code Review : Write easy readable and maintainable solid code with clear functions naming and argument descriptions. Create self-documented code and reuse standards.
• Architecture : Create microservices architecture for airdrop, referral program, trading competitions and other user attraction programs.
• Improve : Improve existing platform microservices to optimize the performance of viral programs and scale the solution to millions of users Improve existing platform microservices to optimize the performance of viral programs and scale the solution to millions of users.
• Agile : Always know the goal, percentage of the sprint completion and the date of the next release. If you understand that the parameters are not feasible, you notify your manager.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 3+ years of development experience with Java, Spring Framework (Core, MVC), experience in server API development.
• Understanding of microservice apps development principles, knowledge of k8s or docker.
• SQL (PostgreSQL or others).

As a plus:

• Experience in banking or finance environment.
• Experience in user-acquisition tools.
• Knowledge of Git / Grafana dashboards
• Graduated from a top university.
• Winner in TopCoder, ACM ICPC, Codeforces etc. competitions and/ or winner of regional and national maths, physics, and computer science olympiads.
