Associate Creative Director, Republic Realm

We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to work closely with our Creative Director on a variety of design initiatives for Republic Realm including corporate branding, metaverse products, and NFT projects. We’d like somebody with a unique design point of view and an ability to ensure design coherence and detailed standards.

What you'll do:

• Assist in leading the Creative Studio team
• Work closely with the Creative Director and other marketing leaders to prioritize key initiatives and deliverables - big and small
• Ensure that brand strategy and the visual brand are being successfully implemented across the organization
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to see projects from ideas to activation to optimization, effectively completing high-quality work on time, in budget and on brand
• Develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas consistent with our brand personality that differentiate from the competition across all mediums - content, digital/online, website, in person events, etc
• Effectively lead creative presentations with strong, clear delivery and a credible point of view

What we're looking for:

• Experience with the NFT landscape
• Graphic design experience
• Proficiency with creative software programs (Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
• Autonomy in using presentation and design tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience moving fluidly between high-level content strategy practices and hands-on content design tasks with an out of this world attention to detail and design craft
