Compensations & Benefits Analyst
Role Mission:
LATOKEN champion teammates accordingly rewarded.
Details:

  • Story: LATOKEN teammates need a rewards system to be focused on overachievement, have no mistakes and highlight free-riders.
  • Goal:
    • Calculate all 2021 bonuses until January 2022.
    • Control the data behind the calculations, ensure its integrity.
  • How: Develop a backlog for rewards automation.
    • Until the calculations are not automated, company-wide calculate bonuses monthly, end of Q4, annual 2021.
    • Check the integrity of underlying data.

    Functions:

    • Base : Together with Legal, HMs and HR, develop & implement a grading system and relevant basic remuneration rules.
    • Bonuses : Based on the company's OKRs, monthly, quarterly, annually control bonus calculations while checking the integrity of underlying data.
    • Policies : Develop and keep up-to-date all the C&B-related policies to ensure that they fit LATOKEN culture, are grandma-clear, and comply with regulations.
    • Control : Use LATOKEN Operations Platform to control the integrity of employment data (start dates, termination dates, confirmed remunerations and bonuses, etc.)Automate : Create and control the execution of the backlog for automation of basic remuneration, bonus & stock-option calculations.


      Requirement skills and experience:

      • 3+ years in payroll/ C&B of the international company.
      • Experience in the implementation of a grading system is a must.
      • Experience in working with a multi-level quarterly & monthly bonus systems is a strong advantage.
      • Experience in the development of a bonus system from scratch is a strong advantage.
      • Advanced Excel skills are the must, BI - strong advantage.
