Product manager DeFi

Story:

Users want to trade, borrow, deposit, earn extra income, invest in new products and digital artwork with minimal fees and fast transaction processing.

Key PROBLEM's:

Reach 1 million monthly active users of DeFi products to increase LACHAIN’s capitalization to $10 billion.

How:

Map customer needs, define & build DeFi solutions, recruit & guide developers & analysts, incentivize & partner with 3rd party blockchains to provide liquidity, grow user & developer community for LACHAIN.

Constraints:

• LACHAIN daily active users > 1 mln.
• Total Value Locked (TVL) on LACHAIN > $1 bln.

Main performance number: Lachain DeFi daily active users
Second performance number: DeFi products with >$1bln liquidity on LACHAIN
Third performance number: LA capitalization

Functions:
• Vision : Work with engineers, stakeholders and senior leadership to turn DeFi solutions and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every sprint and quarter.
• Product : Build DeFi products on LACHAIN with 1mln+ users - according to the road map.
• Customer focus : Align roadmap with customer needs analysis and marketing research.
• Improvement : Improve the product through A/B testing to achieve OKRs.
• Analysis : Find best-practice features and “killer features” from competitors on the markets.
• Metrics : Design, monitor, maintain and improve main metrics for overall system monitoring to detect problems before our clients will. Report on incidents.
• Team leadership : Train and motivate the team to develop and maintain their high performance.
• Liquidity : Create partnership networks with 3rd party protocols and provide liquidity in 100mln+ TLV on LACHAIN.
• Championship : Be proactive in scrum meetings, task prioritizations, demos, sprint setups, stand-ups, other business activities to achieve 120% of Unit goals.
• Buddy : Welcome a newcomer in the Unit and make sure he starts performing quicker and effectively from the very first day.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 3+ years experience in neobanking or fintech start-ups as a product manager.
• 1+ years experience in DeFi products.
• In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry and the major products on the market.
• In-depth knowledge of customer development, data-driven decision management applied in practice.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving experience with many stakeholders.
• Ability to assemble and manage a team of champions.
• Ability to clearly structure goals and achieve results.
• Fluent English.

As a plus:

• Product management achievements of significant growth driven by you.
• Experience in preparing and conducting A/B tests.
• UX/UI or marketing experience.
• Can do SQL and Python to have analytics at fingertips.
• Experience in analytical systems (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar).
• Finalist of a regional olympiad or top-tier university technical honors graduate.
• Experience in ASO optimization.
