LATOKEN Digital Wallet is growing 35-100% per month on the multibillion money users worldwide market.We made financial account opening as easy as on Instagram. Yet, there are more people who need to manage money rather than photos.We will be bigger than the social wallet.
Role: Product Manager Fiat Payments
Unit: Fiat widget
Mission: Partnerships to buy and sell crypto easy and cheap
Mission description:Story:Payers need methods to buy and sell crypto using common FIAT methods, like credit cards, bank accounts, and digital wallets, with the lowest fees and easiest KYC.Key PROBLEM's:Focus on the lowest fees and best payment conditions.How:
- Partner with major local and international providers of payment solutions for crypto companies in all geographies covered;
- Ensure users have the lowest fees and best payment conditions at each market;
- Constantly monitor markets to identify new opportunities for partnership with TOP local payment providers;
- Review and renew current partnership agreements to secure LATOKEN interests.
Constraints:We need bank accounts (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA, etc)Main performance number: Partnership revenue growth
Second performance number: Partnership payers growth
Third performance number: Revenue Fiat Deposit/Withdrawals
Functions:
• Partnerships : Engage payment solution providers (Banks, PSP, E-wallets, etc) to provide the opportunity to buy and sell cryptocurrencies for our customers all around the world on the best possible terms.
• Revenue growth : Generate revenue growth for the company through connecting new payment methods in local markets and decreasing payment solution providers' commissions.
• Clients growth : Ensure growth of the LATOKEN payers through connecting new payment methods locally and globally
• CRM : Ensure CRM processes and funnel analytics is transparent, automated and contains up to date information about each partnership
• Market research : Explore payment methods available on the local markets to ensure the best payment conditions and experience for LATOKEN users
Requirement skills and experience:
• 2+ years of business experience with payment solutions providers and high-risk merchants (preferably crypto projects)
• Business contacts and established relations with key local and international payment solution providers is considered an asset
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchange is a strong plus
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Stellar negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Experience in creating analytics, market and trend assessment and clients’ insights
• Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate intellectual rigor
• A team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment
• Fluent English
