Mission:
We are looking for an analyst who will be 100% dedicated to monitoring and identifying fraud as well as support the agent and the data scientist as cases increase. You will report to the data team and work closely with the operations team to make sure that we identify and anticipate the different actions.

Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based anywhere in European timezone.

What you might be doing:

  • Work closely with the operations and the data team to identify and prevent any potential fraud cases
  • Look closely at existing processes and build metrics and alerts to closely follow the situation
  • In addition to building several dashboards and help with the production of algorithms with the Data Scientist, the Fraud Data Analyst will have to be the point of contact for the operations team and will be part of the decision derived from the analysis made
  • In addition to fraud identification, you will have to measure the impact of any new decisions/situations on other departments

    • What you might bring:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets and complex data
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and time series analysis
  • Curious and ability to identify quickly pattern
  • Willingness to always improve and challenge the existing knowledge of the situation
  • Excellent visualization skills and ability to present clearly and concisely results
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience in dealing with payment processing, users verification data or business analytics a strong plus
  • Familiarity with machine learning models and how to interpret their output a plus
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics or Computer Engineering
