About Team/Role:
CertiK is experiencing exponential growth. Our BD team needs an exceptional Assistant/Sales Specialist to help us to scale. You will support the Business Development team for day-to-day operations, assist in implementing and initiating systems/tools that will drive sales efficiency. You will have plenty of opportunities to assist in other ad hoc projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.


About you (responsibilities)

  • Assist our BD teams with daily data input for new sales inquiries, sales status, ongoing sales cases, and case follow-up
  • Analyze sales trends, business opportunities, and market trend
  • Support data-driven business decisions by tracking and providing ongoing reporting and analysis support to our BD team and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by hiring manager to help operation efficiency and market expending

    • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR/SDR experience with enterprise SaaS/Blockchain
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong customer service, detail-oriented, well organized, and thrive to work under pressure and in different time zones
  • Effective communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, an active listener, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin is a must

  • Financial, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry experience
  • Passionate about Cryptocurrency/Defi/Blockchain is a plus
