Mission:
To build workflows to help engage our app user base, with the goal of upgrading them from our Crypto Challenge app to the SwissBorg app, as well as increasing their activity within the SwissBorg app. You will report to the Retention Manager and work closely with the wider Marketing and Data teams to execute experiments to determine the most effective way of engaging with different cohorts.
Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based anywhere in European timezone.

What you might be doing:
Automate, maintain and build multi-channel acquisition and retention workflows (email & app notifications)
Execute experiments for different messaging and cohorts to constantly optimise efforts and improve KPIs
Build emails and notifications needed for each campaign using provided email templates and designs (no HTML skills required)
Analyse and report workflow performance with the view to continuously optimise and suggest new experiments
What you might bring:
Email marketing experience, working with an ESP like HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo or similar, to build emails and design email automation workflows
Experience using Mixpanel or Iterable a big plus
Excellent reporting and analytic skills in relation to marketing campaigns and experiments (A/B testing etc)
A good understanding of how app notifications can be used to keep users interested and engaged
Excellent written and oral English skills
Confident making suggestions and contributing to team discussions
