The Opportunity ❤️
Your role as an Analyst within the CEO Office will work directly supporting strategic initiatives of the CEO reporting to the Chief of Staff. You will be working closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO being exposed to crosscutting work, wearing many hats and holding multifarious responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, holds strong communication skills and who would like to be exposed to the executive level within a fast growing, dynamic and data-driven organization.
What you’ll do 👀
- Improve the effectiveness of the CEO:
- Stay up-to-date on priority topics and prepare briefs and presentations to keep the CEO informed of trends and developments in the field; prepare weekly reading stacks, prepare meeting briefs and goals/game plan for CEO
- Design and execute on annual planning process in partnership with key cross-functional partners, drive thoughtful strategy and resource budgeting plans (e.g., headcount, org structure) across teams (eg. executive offsites planning, board meeting preparation, CEO group dinners, Townhalls, Speaker Series)
- Help to identify, scope and execute upon key business initiatives to drive growth
- Drive annual strategic priorities through company-wide OKRs:
- Work cross functionally to identify OKRs and ensure teams are tracking progress against them
- Drive the team's prioritization on projects, events, and deadlines, including facilitation of alignment of resources to meet those objectives.
- Support the CEOs partner management and communication activities:
- Work closely with BD and Partner Success teams to develop and review internal and external communications for CEO: draft reports, presentations, and other materials
- Develop, manage, and execute a streamlined partnership management: review upcoming meetings, prepare materials, and follow up as needed with materials (data, proposals, etc.)
- Drive organizational improvement initiatives:
- Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
- Drive mechanisms to create stronger cross team collaboration and synergies especially in remote setting
- Own Special Projects:
- Work on special projects for the CEO eg. investor relations, executive hiring
You should apply if ✅
- Previous work experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or in strategy/operations at a technology company.
- Strong critical thinking and eye for business skills, a drive for operational distinction, enabling goal attainment and a high level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and improvement
- Ability to build long term relationships and use work methods that facilitate positive partnerships with key business teams
- Ability to be flexible in supporting executive leaders and their teams in different countries
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and achieve results efficiently and timely, working with a variety of partners
- Experience balancing multiple tasks and projects at a time, prioritize workload and resourcefulness in a complex environment
- Detail oriented with ability to scale and move quickly to drive results/action
- A team player who can also be able to operate independently while prioritizing your own work and resources
- Interest and experience in crypto, management, and technology a plus

- Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
- Initial screen (45 minutes)
- Second screening 1-2 cross functional team members (30-45 minutes each)
