The People team is a new team within MoonPay with the goal of creating a spectacular end to end people experience for our employees. We have experience working at some of the most respected startups and fast growing technology companies in the world. We are solving interesting challenges such as scaling the company rapidly while developing a culture of innovation and equality. The People team is split into two squads, the People squad and the Talent squad but we work cross functionally on a variety of projects. The talent squad consists of Talent Partners, Sourcers and Coordinators.

What youβll do π
- Develop a sourcing strategy across multiple pipelines in Tech with focus on quality and diversity on different channels such as personal network, blogs, forums, advertising and research methods and select sourcing tools to attract passive talent
- Identify and engage with candidates through creative ways and sourcing techniques, while consistently focusing on providing an incredible brand experience
- Approach candidates from every part of the world with focus on EMEA and US
- Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery
- Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Partners to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in world class hires
- Identify, recommend and/or implement process and recruiting operations improvements
- Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline, set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
- Be an active member of the HR partnership; sharing insights on organisational structure, recruitment strategy and HR plans with management
- Providing weekly updates with market insights using data
- Develop a sourcing strategy to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and other talent segments, applying different channels such as personal network, blogs, forums, advertising and research methods and select sourcing tools to attract passive talent
You should apply if you β
- Are curious, passionate with a sound understanding of tech (bonus if thatβs web3, crypto, NFTs or blockchain)
- Believe that quality is more important than volume, but understands that volume is also important in order to get results
- Love sourcing! You enjoy researching and finding incredible people that are a great match for the roles we're hiring for
- Have really high attention to detail
- Have experience using default sourcing tools like LinkedIn but have also successfully used creative sourcing techniques before when needed (weβd love to hear about it!)
- Are obsessed with moving fast whilst providing a fantastic experience to all hiring stakeholders (mainly candidates)
- Have experience sourcing across multiple different regions (preferable EMEA and US)
- Have ability to map talent and use data to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, thrives through change, and are highly adaptable
- Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation
- Experience with successful diversity programs
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Creative and process-driven, you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.

- Initial Screen (20-30 minutes)
- Sourcing Screen (45 minutes)
- Candidate Experience (45minutes)
- Final interview - Stakeholder management (30min) / cross functional (30min)
