Chief Marketing Officer CMO

We are seeking a passionate and highly-skilled CMO with a storied history in the fintech or tech industry. CMO will drive marketing team by aligning with company growth vision and marketing needs.

Impact area:

• Driving revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
• Create a marketing strategy that achieves those profit, product, and growth goals through a range of marketing functions and activities.
• Drive ROI generating content marketing + customer journey strategies
• Use data and metrics to make evidence-based decisions
• Keep users front and centre in the design and implementation of solutions
• Determine OKRs and manage the performance of the marketing functions
• Track campaign and activity metrics on a regular basis and present reports
• Maintain and report on marketing budgets
• Work with other project teams to maximise marketing-related outcomes
• Build relationships and networks in the community, including visible influences in the DeF space
• Act as a mentor to the marketing team

Who are we looking for:

The CMO will work directly with product team leaders and operational leaders and act as a marketing and business expert, making decisions that will affect current and future marketing and project growth. Not usually focused on the routine tasks of the marketing team, but still must be an expert in all areas, tools and activities of marketing and have the ability to be a playing coach.

It will be important:

• Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the fintech or crypto industry
• Broad understanding of brand development, social media, pr, sales management, product, distribution management, and customer service.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Analytical mind
• Exceptional project management skills and great attention to detail.
