We are looking for a motivated individual who will be the primary point of contact to follow-up on customer leads to drive new account openings on the ADDX platform. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and passion for providing professional customer service while helping to expand the ADDX customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue potential customers to assist them through the onboarding process to open accounts via chat, emails, phone calls and digital tools
  • Attend to customer’s inquiries/complaints via Customer Relationship Management Platform/WhatsApp and provide necessary advice/support/resolution in a timely manner
  • Document, track and report all customer interactions via the Customer Relationship Management platform and share with senior leadership to drive business strategy and enhance platform service standards
  • Handle and resolve complex cases by liaising with internal multi-functional team to find out the best possible solutions
  • Gain proficiency and keep up to date on the workings of the platform, to respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Business Operations team to ensure improvements in average time from signup to successful account opening

  • Requirements

  • You have 2+ years in a sales/customer service environment
  • You have strong communication and customer service skills
  • You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit
  • You are a go-getter, with a high level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous
  • You possess a high level of patience and empathy to navigate difficult conversations
  • You have a proven record of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Keeping records of calls and good at following up with customers on their queries
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems & Tools is a plus (e.g., SalesForce)
