The Business Associate role is a dual role between investments and strategic business initiatives. Members of this team will gain exposure and drive impact across all facets of our company, embedding within cross-functional teams and working collaboratively to identify and tackle some of our most complex (and interesting) business challenges.


Some of your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Developing insight into our fast-evolving market(s) and competitors and making recommendations for strategic shifts or other next steps based on findings
  • Analyze and drive investments for Dapper Lab’s venture arm
  • Structuring, analyzing and making concrete recommendations to solve complex strategic challenges
  • Defining, designing and introducing scalable processes and use of data to support strong decision-making companywide
  • Leading cross-functional business projects

    • This role is for you if:
  • You have a deep fascination with the NFT and crypto space and want to help build the future of the internet
  • You are highly analytical -- able to structure and dive deeply into strategic and operational problem spaces. You are able to distill and anchor on first principles
  • You are a strong communicator -- skilled at relaying complex topics across a variety of audiences (executive and peer-level, technical and non-technical). We are remote-first, so will place a premium on strong written communication skills
  • You are a natural collaborator -- able to build strong relationships, and skilled at bringing teams together to drive impact
  • You have a passion for solving tough problems and a desire to do whatever it takes to get things done -- strong ability to work effectively in a highly-dynamic environment is a huge plus

    • You might have one the following in the last 2-5 years:
  • Investment banking or venture capital.
  • Strategy / management consulting.
  • Product management or a related GTM function within a dynamic industry.
  • Business operations or corporate strategy in a high-growth environment.
