Dapper Labs, the company behind two of the most popular blockchain applications in the world, is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join its Executive Support Team.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Admin Business Partner to help support our CTO, Dieter Shirley. Dieter is the author of ERC-721, the original NFT standard for Ethereum, co-creator of CryptoKitties, and the chief architect of the Flow blockchain platform.

A successful candidate must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into anything and everything that’s thrown their way. The Office of the CTO handles everything from scheduling and assisting with technical deep dives with our most senior engineers to business development conversations with key partners and driving the strategy sessions that steer the entire company.


What we'll accomplish together:

  • Travel at ultra high-speeds without compromising quality - comfort with ambiguity is key!
  • Curiosity is at our core. We’re not afraid to question everything as we innovate and implement process improvements that help us make greater impact.
  • You will be the organized part of the CTO’s brain and anticipate what is needed for him to succeed in accomplishing his tasks + projects.
  • You’ll flex your administration expertise through owning his schedule and inbox to keep him focused on the highest-value issues

    • A little about you:
  • You have experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • You have stellar interpersonal skills. You’ll be collaborating with team members across the entire organization, including executive leadership, engineering leaders, and externals.
  • You are extremely organized. We have a lot going on at all times, and you relish in the opportunity to bring structure to chaos.
  • You exhibit high attention to detail in everything you do.
  • You’re not just comfortable with ambiguity, you thrive in it!
  • You don’t have an ego, and are eager to jump in wherever you are needed.
  • You love technology and love learning about it
  • Location is unimportant, but you must be willing to work in Pacific Time. The ability to travel to Vancouver occasionally is a plus.
