Working Student - Research Analyst & Operations

As a Working Student - Research Analyst & Operations for Assembly you will be providing research support on trends in crypto and Web3 and helping us build and manage our growing contact list and knowledge repository.

Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on trends and projects in crypto and Web3
• Identify projects that are relevant for the Assembly ecosystem that we should contact
• Synthesize learnings and adoption tactics and share with the team
• Help build out an external knowledge repository for the community
  
  

Operations support

• Maintain our CRM system and contact list - ensuring it is kept up to date
• Prepare internal weekly meetings and reports to discuss and review the contact list
• Set up meetings and phone calls and answer questions and concerns
• Prepare presentations for use internally and externally
  
  
  

Requirements

Your Personality

• You enjoy working with various internal and external stakeholders
• You are proactive, self-sufficient, and like to take new challenges
• You are an analytical thinker and results-oriented
• You enjoy working in a remote team environment

Your Expertise

• University study in Business Administration, Economics or similar with Masters Thesis, in DLT / Blockchain, Crypto or other related themes. Other backgrounds are welcome if demonstrated understanding of business-related concepts.
• Understanding of Web3 ecosystems and crypto.
• Previous experience in other DLT communities is valued.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• A high level of fluency in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus.
