Despite the weak market, we are happy to report that the number of job ads on our site has significantly increased. The number of job ads increased by approximately 80% in November, from 1000 in October to 1800. Additionally, we anticipate close to 2000 new job ads in December. This demonstrates the tenacity and expansion of the crypto and web3 sectors, and we are delighted to be able to match bright people with intriguing employment openings.

One of the key trends we are seeing is that smaller companies are actively hiring right now. These companies are often at the forefront of innovation in the crypto and web3 space and are looking for talented individuals to join their teams. While we always encourage job seekers to be cautious in any job market, it's worth noting that salaries in the crypto and web3 industries may be lower than before the summer.

We also see new job postings in various functions, including marketing, sales, engineering, and product management. This shows that companies in the space are looking for individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise.

Additionally, we observe fresh job postings for several fields like marketing, sales, engineering, and product management. This demonstrates that businesses are looking for people with diverse abilities.

During the bear market, however, the quantity of applications to our crypto employment portal has considerably surged. We received 5000 applications in September. This number increased to 8000 in October, and we saw an even more significant surge to 12000 applications in November - a more than two-fold increase in just two months.

With so many applications, it is critical to ensure that your application is flawless to stand out from the crowd. Scrutinize your CV and cover letter to verify that they reflect your talents and experiences appropriately. Additionally, personalize your application to the specific position you are applying for.
