What are we looking for?

We are offering a unique opportunity as Co-founder with a strong legal background. Experience with setting-up, managing and closing investment funds is required. Experience with creating compliance frameworks, working with regulatory authority and administrating financial reporting would make you an extra interesting candidate.

You will be part of the founding team, where the core goal is to make this company grow into a dominant player on a global scale. You will be part of a hard-working team which constantly is challenging the status quo. The process is to continuously to build, measure, learn and pivot your way to a profitable and thriving company.

Requirements:

Legal/Compliance founder activities include:

• Building legal frameworks for different investment vehicles
• Standardizing legal documents for different investment purposes
• Working in close collaboration with financial regulators to stay compliant
• Reviewing (international) tax implications for investments and investors
• Implementing administration frameworks and formalizing financial reporting
• Building and shaping the company with the other co-founders
• Basically, managing every legal detail and build an amazing company.

Hard requirements

• You have a European passport or a valid long-term visa for The Netherlands;
• You have 5+ years of professional experience and preferably some international exposure;
• You have previous experience at a big corporate, digital agency or scaled a startup before;
• You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
