The Senior Technical Recruiter will help drive Republic’s next stage of growth by delivering cutting edge software engineers who are building next the generation blockchain technology on Republic’s proprietary platform. In this role, you will
act as a consulting partner to the business by demonstrating best practices in sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent who are ready to make a significant impact to the business and grow their professional skills.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will be a part of a small, agile, entrepreneurial team who are establishing the foundational building blocks of a world class Talent Acquisition organization. You will help guide, influence and train managers and leaders on best practices for job/candidate profile development, assessment criteria, interviewing practices, recruiting metrics, and job offer recommendations. You will be integral in streamlining all recruiting and hiring processes to ensure timely talent acquisition of diverse and highly talented software engineers, utilizing robust tools and systems. As a part of the Human Resources team, you will have a voice in how we shape our internal brand, company culture and value to the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify best sourcing tools, platforms and groups for blockchain software engineers.
  • Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet technical hiring goals
  • Consult with business leaders for culture, skills and job fit alignment
  • Create compelling messaging and awareness in the community of Republic’s value proposition and career opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with thought leaders and technologists building next generation blockchain technology
  • Influence, train and develop internal leaders on best practices for job/candidate profile development, assessment criteria, and effective interviewing practices
  • Lead and provide guidance on interviewing debrief sessions
  • Utilize analytics and metrics to provide insight and guidance on recruiting strategies
  • Create a positive candidate experience and build a network of top talent
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to contribute and support our HR goals and promise
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver strong results in meeting hiring needs
  • Train, educate and influence managers adoption of new Applicant Tracking system
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years technical recruiting experience required
  • Ideally a combination of technical staffing agency and corporate recruiting experience
  • Must be a self-starter with an ability to work well independently.
  • Must be resilient and embrace change and process improvements.
  • A proven track record in having worked expertly in a face-paced, dynamic and changing work environment is a must.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, as well as, good judgment in communicating talent acquisition information.
  • Ability to influence and make recommendations for proper actions.
  • A bias for action and problem solving to address complex challenges.
  • Strong Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to. utilize analytics and metrics for good decision making and messaging
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with hiring managers
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self directed, motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
