We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial minded Technical Recruiting Manager to help us scale engineering recruitment for the company.

The ideal candidate is interested in the applications and opportunities of blockchain technologies and enthusiastic about serving in a hands on capacity to deliver excellence in staffing across the organization.


What we'll accomplish together:

  • Serve as both a functional team manager and coach while remaining actively involved in directly handling specific technical requisitions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent to build repeatable processes and frameworks informed by data and metrics on the backend.
  • Actively collaborate and participate in sourcing strategies with a comprehensive focus on diverse candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to create processes that are clear and simple that benefit candidates and the entirety of the interview process.
  • Participate in the wider community of industry events for knowledge sharing and relationship building in a variety of forums.
  • Work in a collaborative spirit with teammates across the whole talent and people and culture team.
    • A little about you:
  • Prior experience managing or leading technical recruiters.
  • Direct experience utilizing data and metrics for reporting purposes and goal setting.
  • Deep background as a technical recruiter with a full range of expertise of all major product facing engineering categories.
  • Experience in high growth startups a plus.
