Binance Earn is looking for a Staking Project Manager to proactively research and add staking projects to our “Staking as a Service” business to capture TVL, users and income growth.
You will work with both external parties across the crypro industry and will a help coordinate internal team members and resources.

This is a new position and location is flexible including for remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and add staking projects to our “Staking as a Service” business to capture TVL, users and income growth.
  • Bridge communication between the operation team and tech team to improve efficiency and business output.
  • Collaborate with Staking BU lead to designate and manage project management plans for various staking activities
  • Utilize online working tools for plan or proposal presentations to recap monthly or quarterly reviews.
  • Coordinate and team events and work meetings across international time zones.
  • Assist in maintaining internal and external relationships and cross-team communication.
  • To ensure delivery of target achievements, including tracking progress, identifying and assisting with problem resolution.
  • Support recruiting efforts to bring more talent to the team and optimize our work process

  • 2+ years of experience in the blockchain industry.
  • Strong ownership and a collaborative mindset
  • More than 3 years of project management experience, has independently led a team to complete projects' goals.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills and result-oriented work awareness
  • Has held core positions in leading companies in the blockchain industry
  • Has a rich crypto industry network is a plus
