The role of our Head of Community - Engagement is to create an ecosystem of die-hard advocates! This role has the opportunity to dig deep into existing community relationships and establish a team that will help to drive excitement, education and deep passion for Immutable X platform.

This role will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and the product team to influence product and commercial decisions to address key community concerns.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Become the expert of Immutable X and deeply understand the sentiment and needs of the Immutable X community
  • “Sell” the Immutable X protocol to the community and get them excited
  • Synthesise community feedback and ensure the community feels heard; Advocate community feedback to relevant teams (product, commercial, execs) to find a resolution
  • Identify and recruit die-hard advocates for the Immutable Army e.g. ambassador programs, content creator program
  • Manage community team members to scale impact on community morale across time zones and geographies and ensure engagement is increasing
  • Be the ‘face’ and ‘strong voice’ that the community will respect and follow in conjunction with our spokesperson

    • We would love you to have:

  • 3 years experience managing a marketing or community team for a tech company (ideally UGC, B2C, or blockchain)
  • Crypto and NFT experience (paid or through communities e.g. DAOs, NFT communities)
  • APAC or West Coast US timezone

    • Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • Excellent communication skills—written and voice
  • Experience in Business Development (i.e. Selling)—selling a product or service
  • Ability to drive and control sentiment through social channels and different mediums (chat, tweets, AMAs, etc)
  • Project management skills to launch and maintain campaigns aligned for community building
  • Passion for tech, blockchain, and NFTs (or at least able to understand these concepts to create quality and relatable content around it)
