Our team is comprised of finance professors and crypto veterans, and backed by industry heavyweights.

We are on a mission to make DEXes dominate the crypto trading landscape, and we are accomplishing it through research, financial engineering and data science.

VirtuSwap is a startup launched in 2022, and team members are spread across the globe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing the VirtuSwap Marketing Strategy
  
• Growing and managing VirtuSwap community and overall online presence
• Crafting and delivering product and feature positioning
• Maintaining regular communication and creating updates to the community
• Creating and executing the company's content and communications plan
• Identifying 3rd party vendors and contracting them

Work Setting:

• Reporting to the company's CEO
• Fully remote
  

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in leading marketing roles in Crypto, DeFi or adjacent industries
• Experience shaping brand identity and marketing strategy for projects
• Experience in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Experience in building and nurturing global user communities
• Experience in working with influencers
• Structured approach to measruing results
• Ability and readiness to do hands-on work in all marketing aspects - managing campaigns, copywriting, interacting with the community, etc.
• Top-notch mastery of English, strong writing skills. Additional languages - a plus
• Technical understanding of Blockchain and DeFi - a plus
