Staking Rewards is the market leader for staking data and research. We are building the next generation staking explorer for the rapidly growing $300B+ staking industry, used by more than 400k investors, analysts and crypto community members worldwide. About the role

As the Head of Content, you will build up a publication powerhouse on the back of our unique crypto staking market data. You will build and lead a team of copywriters, researchers and content creators to publish editorial weekly newsletters and quarterly reports, as well as paid research. This role is very research focused, so be prepared to dive deep

You will work closely with the CEO, Head of BD, and Creative Director to shape the tone-of-voice of Staking Rewards and create a very strong and reputable research brand for staking. You will explain complex topics in a lucid and clear manner and reduce complexity for our clients. You will also help push strategic initiatives, like co-authoring whitepapers.

Ultimately you will own all written communication at Staking Rewards.

About you

You have 4 years + experience as a writer in a data-driven field, having worked with reputable clients or for reputable companies. Ideally, you have already managed a team and built your own distribution power (newsletter, Twitter following, etc.).

You had some initial exposure to cryptocurrencies and are able to learn quickly. You are comfortable with identifying market trends and crafting narratives, formulating research hypotheses and transforming them into data requests to our data team to test them.

You are an operative doer and are eager to jump in to kick things off. Get your hands dirty.
