Please note this position requires flexibility for travel. Fluent English a MUST, Chinese language is a strong plus.
Binance is looking for an experienced sales professional from the traditional finance industry to provide leadership to the sales and key account management processes and support the growth of the function.
This role will leverage relationship development and account management skill, process creation and management ability in order to educate, introduce and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals from a global market.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional clients)
- Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
- Championing institutional clients product development.
- Supporting other business development/ new market research and strategic initiatives.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key institutional clients.
- Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
Requirements
- Good working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks etc
- Driven, with strong communication skills with excellent relationship management and sales skills.
- A good understanding of cryptocurrency assets
- Native/ fluent English language skill is a MUST.
