We're looking for a trailblazer to integrate the worlds of risk, compliance, and innovative web3 technologies. Your role is pivotal in maintaining Dapper Labs as a trusted name in Web3 and digital collecting, merging traditional compliance wisdom with pioneering digital asset strategies.

Your Opportunity for Impact:

  • Innovative Risk & Compliance Leadership:
  • Develop and Maintain Compliance Guidelines: Craft and maintain cutting-edge compliance protocols that align with regulatory standards for digital assets and blockchain technologies.
  • Regulatory Vigilance: Stay ahead of cryptocurrency regulation changes and developments. Implement proactive measures for consistent compliance.
  • AML/BSA/OFAC Compliance Mastery: Utilize your deep knowledge of AML typologies and OFAC to identify risks in our web3 products, enhancing defense mechanisms against emerging threats.
  • Web3 Cryptocurrency Expertise:
  • Blockchain Innovation: Apply your extensive web3 knowledge to the development and enhancement of our blockchain-based intellectual properties.
  • Fraud Prevention and Detection:
  • Strategic Fraud Mitigation: Design, implement, and continually refine fraud prevention measures and strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Holistic Approach: Work with legal, product, payments, data, and engineering teams to embed compliance and fraud prevention into all facets of our operations.
  • Departmental Guidance: Provide expertise and support to various departments on compliance and fraud prevention.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Insightful Reporting: Generate routine reports on compliance, fraud metrics, and the effectiveness of fraud prevention strategies for management review.
