Your Mission
As an HR Business Partner at Bitpanda, you will lead a global team that empowers managers and leaders by providing world-class HR Business Partner support, delivering state-of-the-art management and leadership development programmes and providing project management and communications support during times of change.

What you will do:

• Build and develop the HR Business Partner team, the employee experience team and internal communications.
• Through your teams, you will:
• Drive strategy conversations based on insights and predictive data related to organisational health.
• Drive a culture of accountability and high performance through all people initiatives and programmes.
• Lead and execute our internal communications strategy and evolve our approach to internal communications.

What we’re looking for:

• You have experience with leading HR Business Partner organisations and have been exposed to organisational development projects.
• You have a mix of strong business acumen, organisation development and human resources expertise, coupled with consulting skills.
• You are an experienced people leader who loves to build and develop high performing teams.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and you can use sound judgement to drive complex issues to resolution in order to achieve results.
• You have a collaborative approach and the ability to partner cross-functionality.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly-changing environment by prioritising situations that require a sense of urgency.
