Marketing and Growth Manager

We are a startup based in Neuchatel and London, building the next generation of privacy infrastructure for the Internet. Our core technology is a decentralised and incentivised mixnet that allows integration with third party applications and services to protect users' data and ensure their privacy at the network level. The Nym team is a world class mix of privacy experts, coders, and thinkers spread all over Europe. They also happen to be really nice people. Nym is looking for a skilled systems developer to grow with us and make key contributions throughout this journey.

What you will be building

- Manage marketing in the blockchain & crypto community as well as the wider privacy software.
- Designing marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness of Nym.
- Engaging with our community and coming up with strategies to attract more users.
- Develop our brand narrative and provide fresh, up-to-date materials tailored to our needs.
- Develop and implement an overall vision for institutional marketing,
introducing ideas and robust approaches for better understanding our
usrer’s needs and how we most effectively communicate with them.
- Draft public announcements.
- Manage presence at different online and offline conferences, meetups etc.
- Proactively stay up to date about market trends and opportunities,
with a passion for the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry.

What you bring to the team

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, 2 years of which in the crypto industry
- An in-depth B2B marketing knowledge combined with a media approach
- Strong existing media relationships and industry influencers, ability
to engage with press, and social media in particular Twitter and
Telegram
- Ability to cultivate attention to the brand with proven track record in delivering brand enhancing marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, communication and copywriting skills
- Prior experience in working remotely
