Operations & Accounting Lead, Republic Realm

We're looking for an operations wizard to bring order to the leadership team at Republic Realm. Republic Realm is a family of professionally-managed investment products and incubated companies engaged in metaverse and NFT innovation.

What you'll do:

• Turn disorder into foundation of order and process with systems in place
• Implement an accounting system
• Organize all payables and receivables and track group spending
• Set up and administer payroll
• Track employee expense reimbursements
• Administer vendor contracts
• Create weekly P&L reports
• Oversee hiring documentation and employee onboarding
• Prepare fund-level P&L reports in concert with the asset management team
• Manage the books and flow of funds for Realm’s investment vehicles
• Fund accounting and reporting, including NAV calculations, profits/ losses tracking, return analyses, etc, that will flow into investor reports
• Oversee capital calls and distributions

What we're looking for / the ideal candidate:

• A background in accounting and operations in an investment company
• Comfort working in a paperless environment with Google docs and third-party technology solutions
• Highly organized and process oriented
• Generally interested in crypto, the metaverse & NFTs
• Comfort working in a high-stakes, unstructured, and fast-paced environment
• Enjoys a remote work environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• All around team player, that is willing to “roll up your sleeves” when needed
