Mission: Liquidity and institutional grade trading experience

Mission description:

*Story: Traders need liquidity and institutional grade trading experience to have best price execution and low slippage risk.

*Goal: Double paying traders and trading volume in Q421

*How: Manage products road-map and new features implementation.

Implement MM algorithms which support deep order-books with low slippage,

Establish integration with external liquidity providers and.

Ensure the bug-less and stable API with low latency for traders.

*Conditions: Bots should be easy to set up in accordance with the customer needs and our internal spread targets. Have fast integration processes with external providers. Control of customer satisfaction rate and measurement of API success rate.

Second performance number: Trading fees

Third performance number: Daily active traders

Functions:

• Bots : Review of current and development of new algorithms to provide liquidity while preventing risks.
• Liquidity provider : Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a global liquidity provider.
• Talents : Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents.
• KPI : Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set.
• Business : Sales, profit and loss responsibility for the entire international business.
• Planning : Strategic planning and management of the entire trading products portfolio (Crypto).
• Company presentation : Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases. Represent the company with regard to strategic customers, the press and analysts.
• Strategic Partnerships : Responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations with global liquidity providers.
• Team Lead : Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area.

Requirement skills and experience:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management of a trading desk and developing market making systems in a Tier 1 trading desk.
• Experience in two of: market making, institutional sales, crypto trading, trading desk or trading development management.
• Strong team management skills, can hire, manage and motivate champion product managers, dealers and developers.
• Has an architectural vision of high load trading systems and trading microstructure.
• Client-oriented, test the product and understand traders' pains.
• Knowledge of Python for analytics at fingertips.
• Strong work ethics, take responsibility for results, transparent problem-solver
