Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product for Immutable X who will ultimately be accountable for the success of the product. As Head of Product, you will have the opportunity to own and evangelize the strategy and roadmap for all Immutable X products, whilst empowering teams to execute our product strategy.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Coach and develop the Product Management team
• Evangelize the product strategy and align teams around it
• Work closely with Engineering, Design and BD peers to remove bottlenecks from the product discovery and product development process
• Define product squads and set their long term goals
• Review team roadmaps and ensure they are aligned to the product vision
• Define principles to create alignment between teams and scale product culture

You’ll have:

• 5 + years of experience as a leader in the Product Management space
• A strong developer focus
• The ability to dive deep into the technical details of the product and APIs
• Experience building great APIs, products, and/or complex systems at scale
• Previously partnered with engineers on productized infrastructure and API design
• The ability to gain an in-depth understanding of software systems and make meaningful contributions to high-stakes discussions on software architecture, or a similar level of technical skills
• An obsession with product quality and an eye for design, specifically an intuition for good user flows and user experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
• The determination to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful
• Entrepreneurial experience and/or enjoys moving quickly on new, green-field products
