Business Operation Specialist (FIAT)

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise and analysis to assist improving business operates and growth
• Reviewing, overseeing and monitoring current processes and loopholes, constantly looking for ways to spot weaknesses and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of internal procedure.
• Support Business Development team and channel management team to streamline current process, including liaising with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance, legal, product etc) and external fiat partners
• Monitor and analyze data to discover anomalies and trends that might be relevant to technical issues or potential areas to improve growth

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in finance/banking/risk management, and have 1 - 3 years experience in commercial, payment industry, banking or crypto industry.
• Down-to-Earth attitude is a mustPrevious operational experience will be a plusInterested in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and trading or finance/banking/payments industry.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
• Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure and fast pace.
• Cooperative with strong team spirit and a willingness to motivate colleagues
• Fluent in English and proficient in Asian language - Mandarin Chinese is a big plus.
