Our flagship product, the SwissBorg app, offers over 120,000+ users the best price and liquidity across 15 fiat and 12 cryptos, as well as giving them the opportunity to earn passive income with our new Smart Yield account. Mission:
In this newly created role, you’ll be rising to the challenge of setting the vision, building, and growing the institutional side of SwissBorg’s business. Working closely with our Business Development, Growth, and Investment teams, you’ll be identifying and developing relationships with institutional and corporate partners across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based ideally in a European timezone.

What you might be doing:
- Lead the development of a go-to-market strategy for institutional business. Leverage your network and relationships to identify and develop high potential prospects (Crypto funds, brokers, OTC partners, corporate treasuries, banks, family offices)
- Grow institutional accounts and manage relationships while tailoring our offerings to address their specific needs
- Drive revenue growth by increasing trading volume, Smart Yield AUM and overall AUM through institutions
- Own the sales plan and KPIs
- Help the business to scale by collaborating with internal teams to build and optimize the sales process
- Take part in marketing roadshows in order to meet with prospective clients, and be involved with hosting and organizing events
What you might look like:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a mixture of crypto-trading and traditional institutional banking, investment banking, asset management or brokerage environment
- Strong familiarity with both firms and people across the investment and crypto landscape with a vast network of institutions in crypto and active investors
- Analytics-first sales approach with a preference for data informed actions
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to independently source and close high-value clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Interest and prior experience within a fintech a strong plus
